Training Overview
Over a period of six weeks, SMK was engaged to deliver three live-streamed training modules for Rural Councils Victoria (RCV):
- Understanding the social media landscape & strategy development
- Managing social media risks and reputational threats
- Building and leveraging a personal brand effectively online
Each SMK module was designed for RCV to centre on 2021 best practices taking into consideration the latest investment trends, strategy considerations and channel updates.
Separate sessions were tailored for the differing needs of CEOs and Mayors, with the Mayoral stream centred on direct implementation and the requirements of an individual public figure, as opposed to exclusively that of a corporate entity.
